INTERESTED IN VENDING?

The RI Sustainable Living Festival provides a unique opportunity to introduce thoughtful regional consumers and information seekers to your products, services and ideas. If you woudl like to vend at the Sustainable Living Festival this year please fill out the form below. We accept checks or PayPal for vending fees.

 

 

Here is the Fee Schedule for 2009:

Early Registration (by May 10th ): Non-Profit/Artist $50

Business $125    
(Workshop Presenter Discounted rate $75 for Businesses, $0 for non-profit earlybirds)

 

Late Registration (May 11th-June 1st): Non-Profit/Artist $75

Business $200

 

Registration after June 1st (Registration deadline is June 3rd; Limited space available): Non-Profit/Artist $100

Business $275

 

Please note that we are asking ALL VENDORS TO EXHIBIT BOTH DAYS OF THE FESTIVAL. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND ONE OF THE DAYS, THIS MUST BE COMMUNICATED CLEARLY IN ADVANCE OF THE EVENT. Vendors who do not keep their commitment will not be asked to return for future events.
