The Sustainable Business Network of Rhode Island is a network of locally owned businesses, service providers and community organizations committed to building a socially, environmentally, and economically sustainable Rhode Island for future generations.

All businesses that are ready to take steps to become more sustainable are welcome to join the network, regardless of size, industry or current level of sustainability.

The SBNRI:

• Connects local businesses that are working to become more sustainable.
• Provides the research, resources and the information that businesses need to, among other things, pay a living wage, buy locally, recycle more, and be more energy efficient.
• Serves as a portal for businesses, community groups, municipalities and colleges and universities to come together, share best practices, learn about sustainability, and promote change for a better tomorrow.
